Merchandising Queens was created because we've made hundreds of mistakes in our retail career. If only we could have hired someone to hold our hands through the process.... You see, when we started our retail pet boutique, we knew very little about what it would take to keep a store like that running. We were blissfully naive and paid the price over and over.
Our flagship store is an award-winning boutique that anyone who's anyone has heard of! We created and run our store using a bare-boned budget and extreme creativity. We prefer used or discounted fixtures to expensive build-outs; press releases to advertising contracts; and old fashioned, incredible customer service instead of untrained staff that frequently turns over. We are have become nationally recognized experts and share that information with our customers.
